What to include
Describe what happened, the approximate time, your device/browser and the page you were using. When a support address is published, include your account email so the operator can locate your account. Remove private details from screenshots. Never send passwords, sign-in links or API keys.

Information we process
Account: email, optional display name, account ID, verification status and sign-in/session information. Supabase manages password authentication.
Your workspace: uploaded item photos, inventory, prices, measurements, notes, saved AI analyses and listing drafts. An analysis can be saved to cloud history even if you do not save an inventory item.
Service operation: feature usage records and technical request information processed by our hosting/authentication providers, such as IP addresses, timestamps and errors.
Support: information you choose to send when a contact channel is available.
Why we use it
We use account and workspace data to provide the service you request (contract). We use limited operational information to secure, troubleshoot and maintain the service (legitimate interests), balancing those interests against your rights. Legal obligations may require some records to be retained. The owner must confirm this lawful-basis assessment and any additional processing before launch.
Photos and AI
Photos are compressed in your browser. When you request analysis or drafts, relevant photos and item details are sent through our server to OpenAI for processing. Avoid faces, addresses, documents or other unnecessary personal information in item photos. Saved photos use private Supabase storage and temporary signed links; anyone given such a link may access it until expiry. They are not public gallery content.
OpenAI, Supabase and Vercel process data to supply AI, authentication/database/storage and hosting services respectively. We do not claim zero retention, a particular processing region or a special training exclusion beyond the providers’ applicable terms and configured settings. The owner must verify provider retention, contracts, regions and international transfer safeguards before launch.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential HttpOnly session cookies keep you signed in: the access cookie follows the session lifetime (normally about one hour; the app caps it at one day), and the refresh cookie lasts up to 30 days. Logging out clears these cookies. This version adds no advertising or optional analytics cookies. Older locally saved inventory may be imported on sign-in; the app removes its legacy browser record after successful migration.
Sharing and marketplace use
The app uses the service providers described above. It does not sell your private inventory or photos. Marketplace account integrations are not yet live. Copying a draft and publishing it yourself shares it under that marketplace’s rules. Future authorised connections will explain their permissions and data flows before you connect.
Retention and deletion
Workspace records are kept while your account is active unless removed. Removing an inventory item does not necessarily remove photo files or separate historical analyses. Completed account deletion removes the account, related active database records and private photo files. Backup, security-log and provider retention may differ; exact schedules are [OWNER TO CONFIRM]. Deletion does not remove listings or copies you placed elsewhere. See the deletion process.
Your UK data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal data, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Requests may need identity verification and are normally answered within one month, with permitted extensions explained. Contact the privacy address above once supplied. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes
We will update this notice when processing changes. Material changes should be brought to users’ attention. This draft must be completed and reviewed by the operator before public launch.

Using the service
The service helps you assess resale items, prepare drafts and organise private inventory. Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure. Use only photos and content you have permission to upload. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another account, infringe others’ rights or use it to prepare unlawful or misleading listings.
Review AI output
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check descriptions, brand/authenticity claims, condition, measurements, keywords and pricing before acting. Estimates and Buy/Skip suggestions are not guaranteed sale prices, profit forecasts or professional advice. You decide what to buy and publish and are responsible for compliance with applicable law and each marketplace’s rules.
Your content
You retain your rights in uploaded content. You permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to deliver, secure and maintain the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy. This does not give us permission to publish your private photos or inventory as advertising.
Marketplaces
We are an independent service. eBay, Vinted and Depop are third-party platforms; references do not imply an affiliation or endorsement. Current drafts must be copied and published by you. Future connections depend on authorisation and will have separate permission explanations.
Availability and changes
Features may change and access may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or security. We may restrict misuse to protect users and the service. Where appropriate, the operator should explain restrictions and provide a support route. Keep copies of content you need before closing your account.
Charges and cancellation
Billing and paid subscriptions are not enabled in this version. Any future paid offer must clearly disclose prices, renewal/cancellation arrangements and applicable consumer rights before purchase. No payment obligation is created by this draft.
Responsibility and your rights
We do not promise a sale, a particular valuation, uninterrupted availability or marketplace approval. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning reasonable care and skill. The operator must review liability and dispute terms for its actual business before launch.
Closing your account
See Account & Data Deletion for what is removed, confirmation steps and current availability. Deleting this account does not close a marketplace account or remove listings you published elsewhere.
Law and disputes
Governing jurisdiction and dispute contact: [OWNER TO CONFIRM after legal review]. These draft terms do not override mandatory protections available to consumers where they live.

You can remove individual inventory items, or permanently delete your account and its active cloud data.
What account deletion removes
Your sign-in account, profile, inventory, saved scans and analyses, listing drafts, private photos, usage records and related account metadata in the active database. This cannot be undone in the app. It does not delete marketplace listings, exported/copied content, support correspondence held separately, or provider backups/logs. Their retention schedules are [OWNER TO CONFIRM].
Before you continue
Copy any descriptions or other information you want to keep. Close other editing tabs. Deletion verifies your current password and requires the phrase DELETE MY ACCOUNT. If you joined with Google or Apple and have no password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to set one through your verified account email first. Apple Hide My Email users must be able to receive recovery emails through their relay address. Once started, new saves are blocked and photos are removed in batches. If interrupted, sign in again and continue here; some photos may already have been removed. Do not create new listings while deletion is pending.
Preview availability
Self-service deletion must be enabled by the operator after applying and verifying its database protection. If unavailable, request deletion through the privacy/support contact. That contact is currently [OWNER TO SUPPLY]; this is a public-launch blocker.

Try password reset first. For deletion or other privacy rights, contact the privacy address on Support once supplied. Identity checks may be required. Do not send your password.

Marketplace & Data Use

Available now
AI-assisted item analysis, a resale estimate, editable drafts formatted for eBay, Vinted and Depop, and your private cloud inventory. A draft is not a published listing. Copying text does not connect your seller account.
Not yet live
Marketplace sign-in/OAuth connections, automatic publishing, order or sold-status synchronisation, and approved market-data feeds are not yet offered as live integrations. We do not claim an API partnership, certification, endorsement or approval from any marketplace.
How to read an estimate
AI-only estimates are not evidence of actual sales. Asking prices are what sellers request; sold prices represent transactions only when an authorised source identifies them that way. Check the evidence label and source status shown with each result. Matching, condition, fees, demand and timing can change the outcome. No sale price or profit is guaranteed.
Future authorised connections
If approved integrations become available, you will see the provider, requested permissions, purpose and data involved before connecting. Access will use authorised APIs and the provider’s applicable rules. We will explain disconnection and retention at that time. We do not ask for marketplace passwords and this phase adds no scraping or marketplace-data collection.
